Good for MFs, slow service
I used Paytm Money to invest in Direct Mutual Funds. The platform is pretty clear and easy to navigate for SIPs. The zero commission on MFs is a big plus. However, I had a question about an ELSS fund and customer service took almost 2 days to respond. It would be better if support was faster, especially for new investors.
Invested in NPS, pretty smooth
Decided to open an NPS account for my tax saving stuff. The process on Paytm Money was mostly online, which was convenient. Took about a week for everything to get sorted out properly. Their app is decent for tracking it too. Overall, it felt pretty straightforward and not too much fuss, which I liked. Got my transaction statement quickly.
